Grupo Iberdrola aims at attracting young talent to join its subholdings and help their professional development in their first employment experience.
Hence, Iberdrola launches the International Graduate Program in all the countries where it has a presence, which offers 164 positions related to engineering, big data, data analytics, cybersecurity, among others.
In Mexico, we are committed to young people. With this initiative we will recruit recent graduates or people with less than two years of work experience to join the company, where they will be offered a two-year training plan that comprises job rotation through different areas and businesses and at least a six-month international assignment at the Group’s headquarters around the world.
What profile are we looking for?
- Recent graduates or students with one to two years of work experience.
- High English level (C1 required). Spanish and Portuguese (desirable).
- Interest in geographic mobility.
- Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to provide a different vision.
